small groups@bcc are called “LIFE TRANSFORMATION GROUPS”
BayLight is not a traditional Sunday morning, program-driven church. Out of our deep conviction that church is a WHO and not a WHEN, WHERE or a WHAT, Life Transformation Groups (LTGs) lie at the heart of community life at BayLight. LTGs are the center of life and ministry of the church; this means that CHURCH life as the New Testament speaks of most fully happens in this smaller, more relational setting as opposed to Sunday mornings. LTGs are the place where spiritual community is most deeply experienced, where spiritual gifts are most mutually expressed and grown, where life-on-life discipleship most naturally happens, where divine truth is communally discovered and applied, and where mission is explored, encouraged and engaged.
Currently, the following LTGs are open and running:
